What's everyone doing for OOT bags/ baskets? For those doing baskets: where did you get cheap ones? For those doing bags, where did you get cheap one?

Re: OOT bags
I'm doing bags....you can get them at Michaels on sale for 3 for $1 (I think they actually have this sale going on this week too) and then stick a nice label on it or something to dress it up. As far as the contents, still hammering it all out, but it will include some of the usual snacks, water, gum / candy?, LI Travel Guide, Day of Wedding timeline (so they all know when and where they have to be) and also directions to / from their specific hotel / venue so in case they want to drive themselves they can. I'll also include a cute thank you poem to give it a little something special.

Re: OOT bags
I bought my bags in CT at the Christmas Tree Shop. If you ever have a free weekend and are in the area, I highly recommend. I am putting in snacks, water, asprin, toiletries, maps, a bottle of wine and a stopper.

Re: OOT bags
I just bought my daughter's bags at Target. They are clearing out some of their gift bags and I purchased wedding style ones and we will use for OOT guests bags. They are also marking down their paper goods (for showers etc.)

Re: OOT bags
I'm doing boxes and I found some that are decently priced at 800giftbox.com. You have to order in bulk, but we have a lot of OOT guests so it won't be a problem. They are sending me a sample (free) so I'll let you know how it looks

Re: OOT bags
I purchased gable boxes - they look like the happy meal box at .85 cents each and they are big too. if you need the website FM its on my other s/n. you could also type in gable boxes on the search. I love them. and then I bought labels from mywedding labels and purchased labels that say enjoy your stay with our names and date. I will post a pic.

Re: OOT bags
I put a bottle of wine next to it so you can see how big the box is- they have a ton of different colors too.
Gonna find nice bags also, although I did see nice baskets at Ikea a few weeks ago for about $1-2 each.
I'll put in water, snacks, gum, mints, LI travel planner, phone number of all of us and the BCE, hotel, etc. and anything else I can figure out to put in lol

Re: OOT bags
Gable Boxes with:
North Fork Potato Chips Fresh Baked Something from Briermere Farms Water Chocolate Lip Balm Handmade Olive Oil Soap Packet of Info on Vineyards and Tastings
I have been obsessing over this for moths and buying everything piece by piece as I see it on sale or ebay or costco.
I hope to make a label like the beautiful one posted above. We'll see...
You can get bags cheap at papermart or uline.com

Re: OOT bags
I was planning on getting like a few muffins (depending on how many are int he room) and these OJs that don't need to be refridgerated. My Mom's friend's daughter just got married and they had the OJ's and it was nice to have in the morning. Or I might do bottled water, muffins, snacky stuff, etc.
