Are you giving everyone staying at the hotel a bag or just those who are there from out of town??

Hmmm....good question!
I think I'm going to call the hotel to see how many people used rooms from our block and have enough bags to cover that.

every couple/family at a hotel is getting one... the guests staying at mom's and FMIL's home are not, since they have free access to food and toiletries if they need them...
I didn't think I could do it, but my OOT'er tote bags are filled to the brim can never have too many toiletries or snacks

check with your hotel too, cause most of them wont let you designate which guests get them and which dont. They want to be able to just place them in every room under your block or hand them to everyone as they check in. Most wont let you say you only want it given to this and this person, cause it causes confusion and more work for them.

definitely everyone.... they are also geting little tags that tell them when their shuttle leaves to the reception hall (there are a few staggered shuttle to accomodate everyone)

i have been thinking about this - there will be about 15-20 rooms so i guess i will make like a little 'goody' bag kind of thing - like water, chips,little things like that
