Hey!! OOT= out of town bags. Some people make little goody bags to leave in the hotel rooms for their guests staying at the hotel for the wedding. They are usually waiting in the guests room for when they arrive. I am actually working on mine now....going to include treats, water bottles, a bottle of wine, and little travel size lotions, shampoos, body wash, etc. Totally not necessary but I personally thought it would be a nice touch and I know my guests staying at the hotel would love and appreciate them!

i just did plain brown ones (got at Michael's) and stuffed with navy blue (my color) tissue paper. the bags can be as simple or as elaborate as you want. i've been to weddings where they handed out tote bags as the OOT bag! i've also seen people do little boxes and even those chinese take away boxes.
