Are you doing them? What are you putting in them?

So far we have:
Bottles of water
Snack crackers cheese and peanut butter
Bag of chips
Rice crispy treats
Fun size candy bars

I wanted to find those travel packs of Tylenol or Advil but I can't find them anywhere. Anyone have any suggestions?

Re: OOT Bags for Hotel guests

Can you tell me if you are doing 1 per room, 1 per person, 1 per couple?

Also how many OOT guests are you having and what is the total cost for the bags?

I want to do this but not sure because we are having 100+ OOT guests and dont want to spend the money because the wedding is just so darn exp already! But it is a really nice gesture!

I forgot to be helpful on this thread...do you want me to see if my dad has them in stock for you?????

You think he would?

Why are we having this conversation here. Call me at work!

I won't even think about helping you unless there is a rice krispy treat in my future....Where's the psychic when I need her!?!??!

I'll be the psychic:
I see... an 'R' a 'K' and a 'C' in your future... does that mean anything to you?

You should just stay at the hotel that night. We are paying to keep the bar open until 4am, it should be a good time!

Don't worry. The time will fly until Novemeber too. Just wait!

I am doing 1 per couple, but if there are more ppl in the room, I will add another one.
Since you have alot of OOT maybe give them something smaller. A small bag with a few treats.

Re: OOT Bags for Hotel guests

1 per couple per room. For example- I have (2) friends who are sharing 1 room with their husbands. I will give that room (2) OOT boxes. For others that are 1 couple per room - 1 OOT box...

I like the Vodka or Champagne idea.

Can you FM me prices and where you got them.

Also about the orange juice...does that need to be refrigorated?

I'm sure you can....you can get those gift bags pretty inexpensively at Michaels or online, then just go to Costco or BJ's and pick up a few things. You dont have to go crazy with it.....its just a nice gesture.

Re: OOT Bags for Hotel guests

Another thing I'm putting in it is directions to the RH, and a little itinerary of what will happen when. ie: the rehearsal dinner is at 6pm in the banquet room, please join us in the bar afterwards. Also some info about the area near the hotel, and a train schedule if anyone wants to go into the city, as the hotel is next to the train station.

Re: OOT Bags for Hotel guests

Also someone suggested putting a little list of things to do on Long Island, beaches, etc. I think I have the link saved. I might do that. And DEF directions to the hall!
