I have included a list of attractions in the nearby area, favorite restaurants, etc on a printout for them too. My mom does this all the time for her out of town guests and they really appreciate it.

We did
tic tacs alka selzer (instead of tylenol -- it has aspirin in it anyway) chapstick citifield map
actually, here's a photo (it has a second bottle of water missing from it -- I think that the friend had already drank it lol):

We had m&m's with our names on them, personalized mint tin, cookies my mom made, advil, local guide, water, mini goldfish or pretzels

i just finished mine. i have: a pack of tissues a candy bag tied with ribbon filled with chocolates and mints 2 little packs of motrin a vitamin water a regular water a mini box of entemanns chco chip cookies an itinerary of shuttle times, brunch times, directions to rh, and a little OOT poem

I put in everything you have on your list plus:
a nail file Tums (travel size) breakfast bars mini toothpaste timeline for day of invite to our post-nuptial brunch the following morning
