How do you inform guests staying at the hotel of the complimentary shuttle to and from reception? Also, what type of bags or boxes do you use for the welcome bags?

Re: OOT bags info
My wedding is in April so this is just my plan....our gift boxes are gable boxes, in white, that I bought from Etsy. Cute, they have my color ribbon around them and have a little poem. Inside the box, I'm creating a 'pamphlet' that will include a time line for the weekend, any shuttle information, directions for those driving and of course, the goodies. HTH

I saw the boxes on etsy. Are they big enough for water bottles, cookies, etc....? Also, that poem that comes on the outside of the box I did it myself and they came out sooo cute. Just finished it last night!
Love the time line idea but I do not know how to word it! Especially the shuttle info. Any ideas??

Re: OOT bags info
I was going to order the free postcard from vistaprint but I am glad I didn't bc I did it myself and they came out adorable! I just do not know how to word everything for the invitation to breakfast and the shuttle. What do you say? Complimentary shuttle? Im confused! Lol
As for the bags, are they too flimsy for water bottles and all the other stuff?

I used this poem: We know you've come from far and wide to share the joy of groom and bride.
And since you've come from far away, we want to thank you on this day.
So before the vows are through, we thought that we would welcome you.
Enjoy!!
The boxes are perfect. They are big and sturdy - I've done a trial run with some stuff in it and the box was great.

Re: OOT bags info
I printed out cards that said that there is a shuttle being provided, when it is leaving the hotel and when it will be picking guests up after the reception. I gave them to the front desk staff at the hotel and asked if they could give them out when people in our group checked in.

Re: OOT bags info
I made a free brochure on vistaprint that included all weekend activities from the RD to the RH info and brunch on sun morning...if we had a shuttle I would have put it in there.
We did not have a ton of OOT guests so we used wicker baskets...otherwise I have seen really cute bags.

Re: OOT bags info
I will have a separate accomidations card in my invite that tells them that. Since it is not complimentary and I need an accurate count I will have my OOT guests also respond how many guests need transportation on the reply card.
