OOT bags- who delivers them?

I have a hotel block at the holiday inn express in riverhead. Do they deliver the OOT bags to each room or place them in the rooms before guests get there?give them to guests when they check in? or do i have to get someone to deliver them myself?

I am pretty sure they are put in the rooms when guests get back from the wedding... or you can have them given out when the guests check in.

We gave them to the front desk and they gave one to the guests as they checked in

Be careful cause some hotels charge if they are doing it for you, I know for my brothers wedding we did it.

My hotel - Hyatt, is free to leave bags with front desk so guests get it when they check in, but $5 per bag charge to deliver to room.

We are leaving them with the front desk and then they will give them out as the guests come in

I'm not sure if my hotel charges but I plan on leaving them at the front desk or else asking someone to give them out after people check in.

usually they give the guests the welcome bag (one per room) when the guests check in. They usually keep them behind the desk on the day of check in.

Most hotels give them to the guests upon check in.

Really -- you didn't just ask me. They hand them out as people check in. If you want them placed in rooms it is a charge per room (called a room drop). And if you do a room drop and a the person's Do Not Disturb is on they can't deliver it.
