OOT Bags/Boxes

What did everyone put in their OOT bags/boxes? I would like to start getting some ideas. Also - where did you find the best place to get everything from?

TIA

Re: OOT Bags/Boxes

mine aren't going to be too fancy... i got pretty gift bags from the dollar store.

in them i'm putting.

a bottle of water for each guest with a personalized lable.
a map of the area
a 'day of' time line
an informal invite to breakfast the morning after the wedding
an idividual pack of advil/alka seltzer
cookies
pretzels
nj scratcher ticket
a small note from the newlyweds

there is one room with children (ringbearer and his brother) they're getting a coloring book, crayons, a puzzle, and a gift card to a fast food joint to keep the kids happy

then i did some research and found foods that are locally tied...

i live in nj... m&m are manufactured here... so a personalized bag of m&ms for each person.

blueberries and cranberries are also local... so i'm including a small bag of yogurt covered blueberries and cranberry bread

i think that's it

Re: OOT Bags/Boxes

Everybody above pretty much covered what we put in our bags. We waited until Michaels was having a sale of 4 for $1 and scarfed up all the bags in our wedding colors. (All of our guests were from OOT)

It's always best to put the times down for the ceremony and reception, along with directions because many people forget to bring their invitations.
