Ok, so I realize a basket is a great idea for guests that stay at the hotel PRIOR to the wedding but what about the guests that book for the hotel for the night of the wedding? Should we leave a little something in their respective rooms as well???

Re: OOT Baskets
I'm making a bag of goodies for each couple that reserves a room, whether one or two nights...they get one bag.

We're going to give one to everyone who stays at the hotel - regardless of what night.

Re: OOT Baskets
I plan on making enough baskets for anyone who books rooms out of my block. I will leave them at the front desk.

Re: OOT Baskets
When you make OOT baskets/bags you should put them in the hotel for everyone who will be staying that weekend of the wedding. You can put the itinary in the baskets/bags and some snacks. I know from personal experience the past couple of weddings I have gone to I usually eat the whole time but by the time I get back to the room I'm craving a little snack, especially after drinking and dancing all night. PLUS, you can put if there is a brunch the next day in the baskets/bags to invite everyone. If there isn't a brunch then they have something to eat or drink the morning they wake up before heading home.
