This is probably a stupid question, but I just want to make sure before I order them... for OOT boxes/bags... you do one per room, not one per guest, correct?

That's what I would do. But I would make sure there's enough for both guests in each OOT box.
Also, if it's not a couple or a family (couple with their child/ren) then I'd do 1 per person. Like if it's your two cousins, I'd do one each. But if it was your cousin and her boyfriend, I'd do one. Make sense? JMO.

You do one per room, but figure there's obviously going to be two people so put double of things in there. Two waters, lots of gum, chips, two apples, etc. You don't need two per room at all. We put in a small wine bottle personalized with our pic and put in two wine glasses. They were plastic, but looked real. Lots of cookies, water, etc.

That's what I figured... if it 2 people in the room, put twice as much in the box... I'm also putting favors and drink vouchers for the reception since they don't do open bars in Ireland...
