OOT boxes or bags?

OOT boxes or bags?

Are any of you doing OOT bags or boxes, and if so, what are you including?

I am currently thinking things like:

homemade hot cocoa mix, just add water
homemade bath salts or bath scrub
Syosset train schedule
Discount coupons for Broadway shows
List of restaurants in the area with price range
Local Grocery store info (hotel has a kitchen)
Movie times for the weekend
Apple Cider (debating, but NY is the apple state)

ETA: thinking of making Biscotti a the Friday before as well and including them, is that something that would go over well?

What are y'all including?

I am so lost on this one! I have no idea what to put in there. I love ur ideas!
I esp love that u will make the biscotti, that is such a cool idea

I was thinking of maybe printing out like a booklet of map of the area, list of restaurants, ATM's, car rental, taxi service all broken down by sections. but then I thought that the hotel might provide it, no?
as I said I am total lost

Everything you have sounds great. How about some water, snacks, fruit?

I have no idea what I'm putting in them...but I think I'm going to do bags, not boxes- more collapsable=easier to transport

I was thinking about this too. When I was in Baltimore at the wedding over the weekend the bride put all local things her in bags - crab flavored potato chips, cookies made in Baltimore and a guide to Baltimore (along with water with custom labels on them and mints). What kind of LI things can I put in there other than wine? lol There are LI potato chips aren't there?

These are some ideas that I had found:

mini-packages of Tums, Excedrin
nail file
water bottles
tea bags
snack sized bags of goldfish, cookies, candy
gum
itinerary for weekend
possibly a small candle and matches
LI Visitor's Guide
Train schedule
Granola Bar
Package of cookies (2 soft baked cookies; got a pack of 36 packages from Costco)
2oz bag of North Fork potato chips
Small baggy of chocolate candies
Maps and directions from the hotels to the church and back to the Reception hall
Entenmanns

FYI -
Let me know if you need some OOT box poems - I have a bunch
