OOT Bridesmaid dress question
Do OOT bridemaids pay NY sales tax if the dress is shipped to them?
She lives in WI & is having it sent to her there.
I've gotten mixed answers here at work

i'm pretty sure she doesnt - I know one of the photographers i saw suggested shipping my album to NJ so i wouldnt have to pay sales tax.

You pay salestax of where it is being sent. I am in the retail business.

my OOT was charged sales tax here and she lives in florida but only paying 5 dollars for shipping 2 dresses.
