An OOT thread on here a few weeks back had a pic of OOT gift boxes with a cool way to fasten them up-top - they looked like a little birdhouse or something.
I can't find the link...i remember they were from papermart - but the website has no such boxes.
Does anyone know what i am talking about??

i didnt wanna hi-jack the other thread, so i'm responding over here
we're not doing the basket since WM has other weddings going on at the same time, so i dont want others taking the slippers I paid for, and theres no way to really track that...
BUT.... we are def doing OOT bags... and, originally, we were going to do them kinda basic, but now i feel that THAT is one way that we can make it more Personalized and special, w/o completely breakinig the bank... SO now i need to start investigating some original ideas for the 'baskets/ bags' themselves, AND ideas for what to put inside it besides hershey kisses, can of soda, and a muffin
i LOVE the lip balm idea... Especially since im getting married in the Winter!! (nobody likes a chapped lip)

I love the idea of OOT gift bags - i think if people are traveling to come see me get married, the least I can do is hook them up!
i did a search on the knot for OOT bags, and came up with some fun stuff. Lip balm can be as cheap as 90 cents per tube - less if found wholesale. And yes, my thoughts exactly for a summer wedding - no one likes sunburnt chapped lips!! I am also thinking of doing skin so soft for the buggies in the vineyard!
I am also doing a scented candle in each bag - hotel rooms always smell a little musty to me - you know?
We are also doing small bars of homemade soaps - olive oil. A friend of our makes soap for a living, and they are sort of antique/vintage looking, I thought it would add a nice touch, and also - who actually likes the crappy soap you get in a hotel!?
Talk to me - what else are you doing....

omg... i'm sooooo behind on the game... seriously, we were just focusing on getting the invites out (and that is SUCH A TASK!) ... be prepared...
but Now that that is out of the way, i'm finally getting around to all the 'littler' things now.

they look like this - easy to personalize (stick a sticker on or hang a tag from) and way chic-er than bags! (Although god knows I'll end up doing whatever is easiest at the last minute!!)

Nee- for OOT people who are staying at the hotel with us, you can have them IN THE ROOM, rather than at WM... this way when the 'check in' it will be already there wating for them.... I think that's what I'm doign for my OOT guests.... I can help you make them...
