Sorry for the stupid question but what do you do with these? I have some guests (FH parents, sister brother and grandparents coming from florida) do you arrange to have these put in the hotel room?

Yes. We had ours delivered to the hotel where all our rooms were booked. The front desk will take them and hand them out to your guests when they check-in.

When we dropped our boxes off, there were two other weddings going on at the same hotel that weekend, and they had piles of OOT boxes/bags behind the front desk.
