I don't plan to send invites early with hotel information, so I want to send my OOT guests a packet of information about airline discounts and hotel accomodations.
Along with the sheets of information, is there anything else I should include? Maps are too big and bulky.
Any suggestions?

That seems like a really great idea. I was considering something similar myself, since I don't want to send out invites out until closer to the wedding date. Do you think it would be weird to send with the STDs?
You might also want to send a tentative timeline so people know where they have to be when and when they can schedule other events since I know my fiance's family will use the time as a vacation as well.

Maybe restaurants & things to do around the hotel- like if there are any special events, shopping centers or fun activities

i sent hotel/RH info in with the save the dates to everyone cuz almost everyone is an OOTer
