OOT Guests

OOT Guests

... what kind of things are you doing for your OOT guests who are staying at a hotel?
I've already blocked my rooms and as it is a holiday weekend, I'd like to do something special...

Any idea's?

i blocked rooms and will be providing a 60 person coach bus for people staying at the hotel to get back and forth between the RH

i am also doing OOT bags for them when they arrive at the hotel

we considered doing a brunch but then booked our honeymoon to leave the next day so we wont even be there...so we decided to skip it

We're going to do OOT bags with Wine and Long Island Potato Chips... Well that's the plan for now.

We did a hotel block and our hotel is providing a shuttle to and from the RH. The hotel is also keeping the bar open for an afterparty and we are also doing a morning after brunch at the hotel. Not sure about the OOT bags bc honestly we have a lot of OOT guests and it might be too expensive to do that many bags.

I am planning on giving my OOT guests a basket with some goodies and I blocked off rooms at a hotel. We are also have a breakfast/lunch planned for the day after the wedding for close family and the OOT guests.

Doingan OOT bag. We already bought the gable boxes and started designing custome water bottel labels.

where are you getting the lables for water bottles?

Do they go on over the existing labels - or do you have to strip them first?

Could you do a brunch the morning after? Or a cocktail party the night before? Something for everyone to spend time together in a more casual atmosphere
