My FH's family is from upstate and most of our college friends are not from LI so we will be having a lot of OOT guests (prob more than 50) staying at the hotel we reserve. I want to provide them with transportation from the hotel to the Westbury Manor and back to the hotel. Any suggestions on how I might be able to do this? Is a Coach bus big enough?? TIA!!!

Might be worth checking with your hall to see if they have a preferred hotel. If they do, that hotel sometimes provides a free shuttle with 'x' amount of rooms booked.
Otherwise, I'm pretty sure there was a post about someone who looked into a ton of options with pricing about a few weeks back. Might be worth a search.

the wingate has a shuttle. It's free if you book a certain number of rooms.

yes you just need 15 rooms to be reserved to get a bus for free.
