OOT - Hotel Accomodations

Morning girls!

Out of curiosity, how many different hotels are you going to block rooms at? Only one? Or more than one?

I booked two different hotels... The one with the after party, but the rooms are more expensive and its literally its like 5 mins from RH and one that's like 15 mins away and its about 35 dollars cheaper

I booked one hotel. We're providing transportation to and from the RH from the hotel for the OOT guests and I didn't want to be shuttling all over the place.

We only booked one...we are planning to provide transportation to and from the RH.

who are you girls using to provide transportation? Are you going with your limo company or a different company? I wanted to do this as well because there are no hotels closer then 15 minutes away , but I think it might be too much

As far as the company, Camelot gave us a range of prices. We have to wait a while to book though because it depends on how many people will be staying at the hotel. It could be 25 - it could be 75! The RH is too far to have one van/bus going back and forth so I will have to do either 2 smaller ones or one big bus that will make basically one trip there and one trip back.

2, The Holiday Inn of Westbury b/c it is right next door and The Red Roof Inn b/c it is reasonable.

I only blocked rooms at 2 hotels but I have several options on my wedding webpage as well as info for hotels.com in case none of the hotels are to my guests liking!

as long as we secure 10 rooms we get a free shuttle to and from the hotel

Maybe I should book another hotel, too. . .on top of the one where we have 20 rooms blocked for the night before and the night of. We have a LOT of OOT people potentially coming, and in this economy, how many people can afford $109/night???
