oot hotels

So I reserved 20 rooms at the OOT hotel and they gave me a rate $149.00, I just looked on their website to book a room on the same date that I would need it for and it is $127!!!! that is not right.. to bad there is noone to speak to in group sales... i am pissed off.... that was the cheapes they said they could give me....

Oh, I would call and make sure they change the rate, wedding blocks are usually the lowest rate, find a way to get in touch with someone.

I was told that can happen when i booked my rooms @ the Hyatt. They said theres a chance that can happen...so dont let your guests know esp if we are under our quote! I know I looked 2 weeks before and the rooms where 100$ and my block was 116$....

I agree. You should call and let them know you found it cheaper on their website. Usually when you block rooms they give you a discounted rate..not a higher one..

thats B.S. I booked for $140 or so a night, then they called back a few months later to say the rate was lowered to $109 don't settle. If no one has booked (reserved) yet, then cancel and go elsewhere or atleast threaten them w/ that. GL

I agree. You should call and let them know you found it cheaper on their website. Usually when you block rooms they give you a discounted rate..not a higher one..
