How are you addressing that there are booked hotels on your invitations? I am most likely doing the 'pocketfold' invites. For those who are or not doing the 'pocketfolds' are you putting a card that says 'Accomedations' and how did you word it? saw this sample I just wanted to double check. Thanks!!
Homewood Suites gave me cards to put in the invite, and I lucked out that they were the same color and good quality card stock. Most hotels will give you cards.

i had the invitation company make a card for accommodations. the place where we blocked rooms gave us cards, but i'm a weirdo about all the colors matching. i just took the wording, for the most part, from the cards they gave us.

Your hotel might give you cards to insert into your invitations. Check with them. When we blocked our hotel they sent us a bunch of cards for us to use.

Most hotels give you cards but I had to do my own- pic is in my album and if you like feel free to FM me if you can't read the wording too good.

Yes I loved when people said that to me or FH.. FH was also impressed since I said I really didn't want to do any DIY projects... go figure that this one led to about three more..

we printed little inserts (regular printer paper) which we sent with our STDs
I made an OOT guide with info on hotel, airports, rental cars, cabs, local restaurants, NYC etc which i emailed out to the people who got STDs (the rest will get it after invites go out)
we arent including hotel info with the invite itself
