I want to make OOT guest baskets with a bottle of wine, a cork screw, 2 wine glasses and a scented candle.... (a little romance of their own )
Where can I find inexpensive wine glasses that are not made from really thin glass?
Do you think I should put anything else in the basket?
Is this a stupid idea?

Hopefully it shouldn't be too expensive, I have very few out of towners. Plus they are the older crowd so I thought this was a nice welcome for them.
I didn't think of IKEA... thanks. Do you think I should add something to munch on?

I was going to say the same thing- probably like a dollar a piece.
We plan on getting glass vases there just to do our own CPs for the RD.

Crate and Barrel also has wine glasses that are like $2 ea. We stocked up on them before the Eparty. Good idea for the OOT basket- I think I might steal it and make it my own

Fortunoff in the downstairs housewares department has wine/champagne glasses really cheap- I think my mom got some from $1!!!

Thanks for the info about Fortunoff... I need to go there Saturday anyway to get my ring cleaned. I will take a look at what they have and get that out of the way now.
Besides Michaels (when they are on sale), is there anywhere else I can get nice baskets that aren't over $10 each?

Yes Ac Moore has baskets on sale 3 for 10 and they are all different sizes and good baskets!!!
