Open House- 5/15- Bdrm- Manhattan UES

I am having an open house of some sort for my 1 bedroom apartment on 80th St bet'n Lexington and 3rd.
It is a doorman, elevator building- nice lobby, new roof deck, laundry facilities, close to subway 4, 5, and 6.
The kitchen and bathroom were renovated 3 years ago with new appliances (gas stove, fridge, oven, microwave), new cabinets and countertop, ceramic tiles (tiles are from floor to ceiling in the bathroom). It has a/c units in the bedroom and the den area which I replaced 2-3 years ago.
The open house is this Saturday 5/15 from 11 am - 2 pm. If you can't make it during this time, I can be reached at 917 295-2232 or via email at [email protected] for arranging another time. The rent is $2400/month for a 1 year lease.
The address is 178 E 80th St, Apt 23B
between Lexington and 3rd. Just tell the doorman you are going to 23B.
