Hi PauliesGirl!!!!!

The condo is in Ronkonkoma in Suffolk County (Exit 58 on LIE - very close to Nesconset).

We need to sell the condo because we have to move closer to the city for my husbands job.

The condo is in DIAMOND condition because we updated it (tore down wallpaper, fresh paint with neutral colors, re-did the terrace, put in new hardware, re-did the caulking in bathroom, put in a beautiful light fixture, cleaned inside of the heating units, updated closets...etc!!!!!!)
