Re: Open House by Owner - Bellmore
We purchased a house on the water, and have been living in it for a year. We just totally renovated our Bellmore house to get it ready to sell.
It is In Move In Condition. We just had our first Open House on Sat & Sun and have received four offer for the asking price and above the asking price. We are looking for people who can meet the asking price or above, but most important, who are Pre-Qualified, have 20% down for a mortgage. We will continue to show the house, until we have a contract. It looks small from the outside, but it is long and has a lot of property.
