Sorry it's not in centerport.... I'd buy it if it was myself....

It is acutally a very nice neighborhood and I know she is very sad about selling it, she just needs to upsize since she now has kids.

Hope it's helpful to someone! It's a diamond house and good neighborhood!

The price and taxes are amazing. You're scaring me with the '3 bedrooms and a basement isn't big enough for a family deal' though ... I'm moving out of my 2BR ranch to a 3BR with a basement because I thought it would be enough room. How many kids does she have?? I'm sure she won't have a problem selling that house. It's certainly priced right, the taxes are amazing, and it's in beautiful condition.

LOL! I always though of that too! It's really cute inside though. All the homes in her neighborhood look like that and I always sing the brady bunch song in my head passing through her block.
