Re: OPEN TOE SHOE ISSUE

This is a tough one. I will say yes because I love open toe shoes....but will you feet get cold?

I really don't like open toe shoes with stockings ever. I guess it's just personal preference.

Do what you want to do...
I personally don't like open toe with any sort of hose or stalking.

I was actually considering doing open toe shoes with stockings...but I do have to agree that its not that flattering...so I guess I am still debating...

I prefer open toe no stockings, but to each his own. Nobody is really going to see your feet too much anyway

i have to say i wore open toe with stockings with a black dress in october......and i hated it...then when i got the pictures back..they came out great....so i'm 50/50..the only time people will see my shoes is when peter removes the garter...so i don't know.

i'm a size 11- its hard to find shoes.

This is very true and I was thinking the same thing. No one is really going to be seeing ur feet except when FH removes the garter and even then no one is going to be all up on ur feet. So I would say go for it.

find shoes u like and that are comfortable...deal with the stockings later...see what looks better!! U'll be inside most of the time and remember, ure dress is heavy!

Hey date twin!! -
well I haven't picked out my dress yet, my plan is to wear open toe shoes without stockings. If I do change my mind and pick out closed toe - I think I am going to wear them without stockings. I hate wearing them and I think it will be to much underneath my dress.

I wore open toe shoes in a friends wedding this past November. It was not terrible.

I am doing open toe shoes in March ...but was wondering if SPANX may be warm? or not?

Re: OPEN TOE SHOE ISSUE

I personally am not a fan of open toe shoes with any type of hose or stocking. I'm the end of November, and I'm most likely going to go with an open toe or peep-toe shoe, no stockings. I figure if my feet are cold, oh well..haha. But if you are concerned about it, I would go with a closed toe

I dont think its appropriate for a winter wedding... JMO!

But at this rate with global warming- November will be 80 degrees anyway!!!!!

I personally do not like open toe with stockings. I think you can wear the open toe in November without the stockings. I was in the BP if my cousins wedding this past November and I was fine with the open toe/no stockings. Of course it was a warm fall, but with the dress coming down to the floor and being inside most of the time anyway I am sure you will be fine.
