I'm 5'8' and I think that weight is kinda on the low side. In college I struggled to keep my weight up, and whenever I dropped below 130 I got sick constantly, colds, flu, viruses, my body just couldn't fight it.
I found out, after I spent a few years in the 140's range that when I was in the low to mid 130's my friends used to keep an eye on what I ate to make sure I wasn't anorexic. - I never was I used to , and I sadly stress USED TO have a fantastic metabolism, I could eat however I wanted. At about 26 yrs old it seemed to have stopped. And I gained about 40 (or so) pounds that I am now hoping to shed at least 1/2 of before our wedding.
So now that I've made such a long story my suggestion is to learn about what BMI is right for you and what weight range is recommended by weightwatchers, have your body fat % analyzed and THEN set a realistic goal.

Re: Opinion?
It really depends on how much muscle you want too. I am 5'-4 1/2' and weigh 123 lbs. I tell people that and they think that I would weigh much less.
I gained 10 lbs. 8 years ago after I started weight trainning, but I went down a size in clothes. It is all relative.

Re: Opinion?
I am 5'1 and would like to be down to my 'normal' weight of 108. Twenty pounds to go!
However, if we are talking wishfully? I would make myself taller, at least 5'6, and weigh 120.

i agree. i was that very same height and weight back in the fall/winter when i was training for a marathon, and everyone thought i weighed much less. now i am 129, and though it's only 6 lbs on the scale, on my body i feel like it's about 15 lbs because it's all blubber!!! anyway, i think you definitely have to factor in muscle mass to the equation.
