So I'm a little stuck on what to do with bridesmaids shoes. They will all be in tea length or cocktail length, different styles same color (midnight). My original thought was dyables in midnight, sandle same shoe or different. Then I've seen some opinions that say that its not in style, or its more '90s' and my sister suggested a silver shoe (which i'm not all that crazy about). So some other options were a dyable, but either ivory or charcoal, since the colors are midnight, olive and slate (the men will likely be wearing gray suites). So I attached the pallatte inspiration, I'm just looking for opinions. (obviously I will be asking the girls too

What about green dyeables? By the way, I LOVE that color scheme, very unique, very classy.

I'm feeling the charcoal color. I think it would look great together. Love your color scheme!

Re: Opinion on bridesmaid's shoes....
I actually like silver. It goes with your slate color. Also, a silver shoe is def something your girls could wear again. However, if your not happy with silver shoes then I think charcoal would look nice . Btw.. love your colors!!

Re: Opinion on bridesmaid's shoes....
I say if the dresses are long...let the girls wear whatever color shoes they want. It gets to be expensive, so my girls are wearing long dresses with whatever shoes they want because you won't see them anyway.

What if you went with pewter instead of silver? It's somewhere in beetween silver and charcoal

I would have them buy shoes that are already that color. Silver is my favorite with your colors but pewter would be nice too!

Re: Opinion on bridesmaid's shoes....
I voted silver bc Ive been a bridesmaid a gazillion times and I hate having to buy shoes that I can never wear again--especially because Im not really a fancy shoes person. If that didn't work out though, I would have gone with charcoal.

Re: Opinion on bridesmaid's shoes....
Thanks ladies. The dresses are short so the shoes will be seen. The thing I didn't like about silver is metallic very shiny silver. So i guess if it wasn't that I wouldn't mind. Thanks for the help!

Love your color scheme! I would look for silver/pewter.
I think it would be a happy medium for you and go very, very well.
They could even go Olive if they're funky.

Re: Opinion on bridesmaid's shoes....
I love your color scheme as well! So pretty!! I think that gold shoes might look nice with the colors that you have. If you trust your girls, let them pick them out if you give them guidelines, like sandals or pumps. I had to wear dyeables for one off my friends weddings and was not a fan. For another wedding, she just told us to pick silver strappy shoes and everyone looked great! Its up to you though, if you don't feel like they will all look good then go with something that you pick. It doesn't necessarily have to be a dyeable if you find a shoe that you like, they could all get it in their own size. Good luck!
