opinion on RSVP wording

Working on my invites and I have 'We'd love to see you!' on there right now.
Does that sound cute, or like we're pressuring people to come?

I don't think that it sounds like you're pressuring people to come, but I do think that it makes it sound like a less formal event. If that's okay with you then I'd say to go for it.

yes. It's def. less formal.
The tricky part is that we do have some people for who this would be a big trip to make to come. I just don't want to come off like we're guilting them in to coming.

I agree, it makes the invitation sound less formal- but if that's what you want to go for, do it! The invitation sets the tone, so it depends on what tone you're going for. If you like it more relaxed and fun, it totally works!

It sounds like it might reflect more of your personality than the usual 'the favor of a reply is requested blahblahblah.' and i don't think it's tacky if you really mean it!
