not wordy at all... it sounds very nice.

imo, i would change the r in request to lowercase.

are you going to put mr. in front of his name, but nothing in front of your's?
that's the only thing that stands out to me...
otherwise, i think it's perfect!

I would not put my FH's last name by his...

othewise it looks great!ETA ...yes no Mr. In front of your FH's name either
IMO it shoud just be his first and middle name
