No, I havent tried it on yet. I work 7 days a week, so its hard for me to try dresses on. Im trying to find a couple of dresses that I like so I can go try them on at the same time. So far, I only have 2 dresses picked out.

i think it has potential. I think if you take offf the top lace part and just add a thin spahgetti strap it will be a diva dress.

I have not seen the other dresses
But this one, while lovely, does not make me go 'diva!' when I see it.
I makes me say 'ole!' though, becuase it reminds me of a spanish dancer.
it is beautiful though!

Re: Opinions again please....Is this a diva dress?
Well its unique, pretty and definitely would make a statement ...
but based on a couple of the other dresses I recall you posting, this doesn't speak of 'DIVA' to me like those did ..
I know you've probably looked at everything, but how about this one?? I saw it recently on The Knot, its Demetrios:

Well, I may be in the minority here but I totally think that gown says DIVA. It has a fresh-off-the-runway look (it also looks like big bucks -- which always looks DIVA). But you have to try it to see how you carry it. I think this is the kind of dress that it depends how you carry it to see if it says DIVA or not.
You want to say Diva but you want to say it in a wedding gown, not a white evening gown.
I say add it to your list of try-ons!
ETS: BTW -- I luuuuuuuuuuvvvv the dress!

It is so hard to say because Diva is so much more then clothes. When I think of Diva I think of the whole package. You could put Madonna in a potato sack and she would still be a Diva. I think the dress is beautiful and if it is worn by a Diva(such as yourself) it will be a diva gown.

I totally agree- It's not traditonal diva if that makes any sense, but a true diva wears the unexpected ( think Cher!)
Honestly, its a little bit crazy ( but beautful) in that 'who the heck could pull that off in real life' kinda way, and THAT, is what I think screams diva.
And yes--looking like $$$$$$$$$$$ always helps the diva image!

You hit it right on the head. I want an elegant look that screams diva. My ideal dress is a marilyn monroe glamour style wedding dress. I want it to be encrusted with jewels, but not too revealing (church). Thanks for your help though!!!
