Opinions: BLACK LIMOS

EVERYBODY has negative things to say about using a black limo for a wedding. One hall told me that only corporate and funerals use black limos. Another hall said 'you really shouldn't'

I just personally am not a fan of white limos...they remind me of Elvis??

I felt the same way about white limos and DH didn't want black limos, so we used All Star Limos and got silver limos.

I am seeing FH BEFORE the ceremony to do pics, we are having a CHOCOLATE cake (on the outside)...

I have no idea what color(s) our limos were, but I know that none of them were white!

Black limos are cheaper than white limos. That would be a HUGE plus in my book!

are you sure about that? the place I am going with for limos told me that they can't guarantee me a white limo (I changed the time recently for the pickup). should I ask for a better rate?

black is just classier...i think of the elvis-eque era when i see white limos

i want black too...silver isnt bad though...makes me think of england for some reason though

Black is definitely classier (is that even a word?-sorry just sounds funny) Do what makes you happy. My friend had a white one for her and black one for DH and then just used the black one, HTH

White is more common for weddings but I've seen a bunch of black as well. You should do what will make you happy.

I positively do not want a white limo/car. JMO. I think it's a personal preference. You do what you want.

I went to a funeral yesterday, and the family rode in a black limo, and the thought did go through my head that white would never be used for a funeral .... white=bride.

ABSOLUTELY! Especially because they can't guarantee a limo, anyway.

Although, it might be hard because you changed your pickup time.

I love White Limos. Its all about personal prefrance. I can't believe HALLS would tell you that. Who the H*ll are they???

I love black limos, and the contrast with your dress in pictures, and on your video will look amazing. (Especially in the black and white photos if you're getting a photojournalist)

I say go for. I'll probably get black too, unless my Dad says something about it....gotta listen cause he's paying for most of it.

Do whatever you want to do. My FH said he would not ride in a white limo, so we are getting a black limo for the guys and a white one for the girls.

First, I can't believe that a hall has the nerve to tell you what you should or shouldn't do!!!! How about I pay you to do your job and you don't make me feel weird about my decisions!!!

I say if you want a big neon green limo for your wedding day then you should get it. It is your day do what you want!!
