Opinions needed...

Which would you like to see on the table for tea & coffee:

Loose 'rainbow' colored gem sugar in bowls:

Packets of the 'rainbow' gem sugar:

Sugar cubes:

And what do you guys think about Chocolate dipped spoons for the coffee?

Am I going overboard???

I like all of them but maybe the sugar cubes because you definately know what it is for - and I LOVE the idea for the chocolate dipped spoons - how did you think of that?

I love the sugar cubes, but then do you need those little tongs? I would pick the rainbow sugar in packets.

I am different- I love those cubes- they are adorable. But I also like the gems. I like them better without the packets.

I was in Tuesday Morning and saw the chocolate spoons! I thought they would be a great touch so I bought them. I emailed the manufacturer about ordering 200 of them.

Yeah, the tongs were one of the reasons why I was leaning towards the gem sugar. I don't know if my caterer would have them. If not, I need at least 2 per table and with 18 tables, that's 36 tongs! And then what do I do with them afterwards!?!

If I was to do the loose gem sugar, I would put a little card or something cute labeling that it was sugar. I actually purchased a couple of jars of the gem sugar and it's pretty good!

If I order the gem sugar packets, I have to order 6 bags of 100 packets. I think that may be a bit much.

Yeah, I don't know if the catering hall would have the tongs, and a few on a plate looks really cute, but if they put a bunch of them in a pile, it probably wouldn't look as nice. Maybe hint that you want them at your bridal shower. I think the gem sugar in the sugar bowls would look great, as long as you have a little card explaining it.
At a wedding I went to, they had rock candy sticks for the sugar, and I thought that was pretty cool.

I like the cubes too - but I have to say have you looked into those swizzel sticks (that look like the rock sugar candy sticks) that they put into your coffee in some of the nice restaurants in the city

hmm! I forgot about those! I keep thinking about them for the candy bar, but neglect to consider them for coffee! And they're more cost effective!
