OPINIONS NEEDED NWR-

ok so I will be going on a cruise i know i said it 138910 times b4.

on Tuesday we will be stopping in cape canaveral.
thanksgiving is THURSDAY.

we can go to a disney park for the day.. but what if its SOOOOO crowded cuz of thanksgiving?? has anyone gone 2-3 days b4 thanksgiving??how was it??

so should we not spend 250$ to go to disney for a few hrs and just go to the beach and shop????

i still need a white dress for epix the following day lol. so should i ditch disney and go to cocoa beach and the stores there and MAYBE find a dress. or should i take my chances with Disney???

IMO - if you went already, I would probably skip it because you are right, there will prob be lines....if you HAVENT gone, I would DEF go!!!!

If it was me, I'd absolutely be going to disney....buuuut I am a Disney FREAK and I always want to go so that might not help you.

A couple years back I was going to go on the day after Thanksgiving with my sister. My parents' friends had done that the year before and said it was MADNESS. We switched it to the Sunday after Thanksgiving and it was not bad at all, because by that point, people were heading home from their vacations.

I know that's not the day or two before (or day of) Thanksgiving, but just a lil insight to the few days around it.

ive been to disney a few times and i went to universal a lil over a yr ago.

i ranthis by fh and he is all for the beach.

also beach will cost 24$... disney will be like 250$ not including my turkey legs

and since we r taking epix the next day.. that day is shot. which im MAD about cuzzzz i need to go to this resort in nassau and play the slots. i always win. and i sent y firend there last yr and she won 2k. argh

imo - skip disney this time around.....relax on the beach with the pear and just take the sun and get ready for your epixxxxx!

im dying to go to the biggest ron jon surf shop!!!!!!!!!!! im so obsessed with that store. i wonder if i can buy a surf board and bring it on the ship????

it can be very crowded at that time. If you have patience to wait in lines, then go, if you dont head to the beach.

Thanksgiving will be very, very crowded at Disney. BUT moreso at Magic Kingdom than the other parks.

Beach & Shop without a doubt! Too many kids at Disney & you can't cover much ground there in a few hours. You'll spend most of your time waiting in line with kids you don't know.
I can do some real damage, a few hours shopping. After that relax on the beach with a drink or 2 or 3 or 4 or ..............
