I was hoping you all could tell me if the centerpiece below is too Christmasy? I keep looking at it over and over. Actually I already bought them after hearing of another LIW bride who used them for her wedding around Christmas time.
My colors are red and white. However, my wedding is in July. I am most concerned about the cranberry wreath on the centerpiece.
Please give me your honest opinion. I have about 40 of them taking over my living room.
I think they're beautiful, but the cranberries do kind of say 'Christmas.' But as another suggestion, why don't you use cherries? They're the same color and much more summery.

Hi,
I am not too particular about this centerpiece with the cranbberies. Try red and white roses around it. That would make it look really pretty. What do u think?

I don't know I think the cranberries just add to the elegance. Very pretty choice but if your not sure now you probably wont be when they are out on the tables either.

I like the strawberry idea- cranberries are too fall. I would surround the candles with strawberries and white roses.

I do think that the craberries say christmas. maybe you can use another type of berry?

I agree that the cranberries remind me of xmas...I love the look of the overall cp - see what cherries would look like...they definately remind me of summer

Thanks for all your opinions. I am not sure about how to go about doing cherries. This wreath is plastic.
How about just placing the candles on a bed of red rose petals after taking the wreaths out? And then placing it on a mirror with white or red rose petals and votive candles?
I imagine making another wreath would be more expensive than buying votives and mirrors?
What do you all think?

I like the candles but for a july wedding I would prob put flowers on the base.

To be honest i love the look but i agree with everyone else about it being a bit 'Christmasy' I would not use a mirror and petals....I think your centerpiece looks so elegant on the candleholder. What about using those glass marbles that they sell for fishbowls or vases?

I think its gorgeous but I would maybe put rosepetals around or even a few fresh flower buds going around the candles.

Someone I know had the EXACT same CP..her wedding was in December, and it was Christmasy. I think the berries are basically a significant reminder of christmas...play around with it. I think the candles alone would look great on the pedestal.
