FH bought a platinum engagement ring for me, and not that I'm complaining, but I would have been satisfied with white gold. Now my question is, do you think I have to get the wedding band in platinum too? or can I get a white gold one? I'm not sure if it would be noticable that they're different. Any opinions on this?
My BFF had her platinium engagement and decided to go to with a white gold band. It looked beautiful! The only thing that her jewlerer said was that most platinum rings loss the 'shine' and you get get that 'shine' back. Go with the white gold. You want be dissapointed.
nah i dont think you need a platinum wedding band... i have a platinum e-ring (it was my grandmothers) but will prob get a white gold wedding band
I agree, i dont think you need to get a platinum band. Just note, that my e-ring is white gold and it tarnishes a bit so i have to get it re-dipped every once in awhile...if you dont want to deal with that then go with platinum
nope you dotn have to get a plat. band I would go with whatever you find that you like. I tried on a plant.band with my ering which is white gold and you couldnt tell the diffrence HTH
