Opinions needed please...

Ok.... This is the plan for the day of the wedding.
I need to get ready, then Bridal party, FH and I are getting pictures taken at the Vanderbilt Mansion, then travel to RH for ceremony and reception.

For hair and make up the day of the wedding; what do you think is better...

Getting ready at my house, hair and make up people coming to me. Then traveling to Vanderbilt for pictures and then finally RH

OR

Getting hair and make up done at the salon and then getting dressed at the reception hall. Finally traveling to Vanderbilt and then back to RH.

I am torn and do not which makes more sense.

I would definitely NOT get dressed at the RH.. I don't think you are saving time and it seems like way too much running around. I say get ready at home and then pics... I am pretty sure thats the most common way anyway...

I agree with getting ready at home. Besides being more relaxed and comfy, it'll give everyone a chance to get together any last minute items you may need to bring with you!
