I give it 90000000 thumbs up

We are at the Northampton in the Inn part. My sister had her wedding at the gardens!

You cant go wrong with EW

We had looked at EW and did like the Estate (thats the one that only has 1 wedding, correct) It is a magnificent place, but I almost felt lost i there. We went with something smaller even though we have a big wedidng and i am going to be craming guests in.
The staircase is immense, and when i was thinking of all i wanted to do with flowers, it was out of control.
My friend just had her wedding there in March, in one of the big rooms (Northampton or Southampton) i think. There were no other brides there that day, but that was my concern.
If you dont mind having other bridal parties around, its great.
Also the venue I eventually choose (Vineyeard Caterers) has an amazing vineyard as a back drop, we wanted a lot of out door photos.
But remember to go with your heart, what did you feel like when you walked in there? Did it take your breath away and you immediately said this is the place, if so then book it. Your gut will tell you, at least mine did.
Good luck and Congrats!

I have been to the East Wind for lots of weddings and other events and every time has always been fantastic. The food has always been delicious and the service outstanding. The only reason I didn't book there is because everybody I know has gotten married there otherwise it would have been my 1st choice. HTH

It is RARE that anyone in the Inn will see another bridal party or even a bride. the weddings are stagard so that doesnt happen,. Also if you pick one 'side' or the other then they will not allow you to the other side untill the other guest are in their reception tucked away.

Here is the official East Wind 08 brides page

Re: opinions on east wind??

I got married there in January and it was perfect for us. The food and dervice was impeccable and not once did I ever see another bride or BP the entire day. The staff really know how to coordinate an affair and everything went so smoothly. The Estate is beautiful and is a separate building which I love. The only reason why we didn't have the wedding there was because our reception would have been on the dancefloor because the chapel wasn't available.

If you have any other questions, please FM me
