opinions on my floral package

ok, So I met with a florist today & here's what he offered me (from what I can recall) for $3,500.

-Ceremony Arch with Roses & Lilies & Hygrengea & some others i can't remember.
-Flowers for the aisle chairs(every 3rd chair will get a floral decoration) & he will tie tulle from one chair to another. Rose petals for the ground will be placed on the edges of the runner.
-2 FG baskets with petals for them to throw.
-An arrangement for each bathroom
-The Wish Tree for the round table at the entrance.
-14 low centerpieces for the ballroom with votive candles.
-Flotaing gardinia for each table in the CH room (about 12).
-2 arangements for each of the fireplaces.
-1 bridal bouquet of gardinias & stephanotis.
-1 throw-away bouquet
-3 BM bouquets
-5 mothers & g-ma's corsages
-2 stephanotis groom boutonnieres
-3 GM boutonnieres
-2 fathers boutonnieres

Do you think what I am getting is worth the price?

I think that sounds about right. I am paying $1600 fo rmine, but I DO NOT have all that you have included. Just the basic for me
