Opinions on necklace

Do you guys like this necklace? I am a jewelry minimalist so I didn't know if it was too thick - but it might just be enlarged for the picture. The pearls are 10mm in size - is that big?

Hi!

I just ordered that necklace. I love it. I had first seen a real one that was $90,000. The girls over at Haute bride are fabulous to work with.

Sure - here is my dress:

You can't see the dress up close but it is pretty simple. There are very few beads and crystals scattered across the dress. From far away, you can't even tell there is anything on the dress but close up you can see a litle.

As for my personal style, I would have to say that I prefer things simple and elegant. My favorite stores are Banana Republic, French Connection, BCBG, ect. I am extremely picky when it comes to clothing and jewelry and steer clear from anything that is overdone or cheesy.

What do you think?

I think that necklace looks very chuncky, your dress is really soft & delicate looking-I think a very simple thin necklace would be a better match.
The dress is beautiful!

I think the necklace on the picture is accurate w/regard to size, 10mm are fairly large pearls. But I do think it will work with your dress, just not quite minimalist.

I think that if you are petite (which I have no idea about!), the necklace would be too much with the dress...

I am by no means petite - I am 5'7' and 135 lbs!! :)

Because my dress is so simple, I am unsure of whether or not my jewelry should be simple or stand out a little more. Also, I am not having a tiara. I am having a flower in my hair with my updo.

I probably should also let you know that my wedding is on the beach at Gurney's Inn in July :)
