Opinions on price quote i got for photo/video

Personally I think $3600 is not a lot to spend on Photos and video BUT it isn't just about money. you need to worry about quality. I have no idea what company this is but 24 photos in a bridal album is nothing! My parents have more photos in their albums. How much are extra pages- because when the time comes you will need to pay to add photos to your album.
Also, does the photographer and/or video person use a huge light? If so, there equipment is outdated. How many proofs are you getting? will you get color and b&w? Does the video use a wireless mic to capture sound during the ceremony? how long is the final video? editted is one thing- creating something watchable is different.
Photos and video were my top priorities. I cut back on my favor budget so I could have the beautiful photos and video. Not sure if that is your priority or not but only you can decide that.

$3600 is not a lot of money to spend on photos and video, but it is RIDICULOUSLY high for what you are getting. Look elsewhere! Good luck!!

I agree completely with Demetra. Only 24 photos in your album will not be enough you are going to spend a fortune adding more. I am paying about that and getting about 3xs what you are-- 3 videos dvd 50 or 60 photos 100 or 150 thank you- I would have to look. Please feel free to FM if you want more info!

Thanks girls I am taking all your advice and have a few appointments next week and already got quotes and they can all work with me they said and come down a little in price.

I think for what you are getting that is a lot. I paid less than that and got a lot more.

I would shop around.
