I am trying to find a store on Long Island that carries Eve of Milady that has a GOOD reputation...

I'm getting my Eve of Milady gown through Lillette's
I found the actual gown at Bridal Reflections in Massapequa but was not happy with their customer service. Lillette's didn't have a sample of my gown in stock, but they're ordering it for me. They can order any Eve gown since they carry the line. So if you find an Eve gown in another store, if you don't want to buy it from that store, even if Lillette's doesn't have a sample, they can still order it.
I put my order in a couple weeks ago....now I'm sitting tight until March when it comes in!

its funny bc we are the reverse, i went to Lilette's when I was first looking, do not have a good experience. went to Bridal Reflections and had a wonderful experience.
it seems pretty much every bridal salon on here has mixed reviews, i think it all depends on who you get as a consultant. It seems a lot of girls love Geri at Lilette's and Noelle/Christina at Bridal reflections.

i've been to 3 out of 5 of those (haven't been to lillette's or moonlight yet). out of the 3 - paradise bridal was the best for me. patient and you could pull whatever you wanted to try. only downside was that they don't tell youthe designer until you buy.

I bout my dress at Bridal Reflections, but went to Lillette's to try it on in the color that I wanted. I had a very good experience at both locations.
I hated Moonlight - do a search and you'll find a lot of negativity. They were pushing dresses on me that were nothing like the pictures I showed them, then tried to sell me a sample that was two sizes too small. I had a good sized budget, why would I buy a $500 dress that needed a huge amount of alterations ? Answer - so they could make money on the alterations. Not the way I like conducting a business transaction.

I have been to all 3 Bridal Reflections locations and have had great experiences in all.

forgot to mention, I've also been to Wedding Center in Commack. They were nice but VERY BUSY. You don't need an appointment so I just felt a little crowded. I would recommend going during the week.
