I really love this dress..its very plain, but elegant...I saw on edensbridals one day a 'scarf' in a really pretty shade of orange, but cannot seems to find it anymore..IDK why... :( But what do you think of this dress? AND...is it too early to get this? (wedding is Oct. 2004)
Its a nice dress.....It is a little early to find BM dresses now, my wedding is in June 04 and i didn't decide yet--lol Good Luck!

Re: Opinions on this BM dress/!
It's a nice dress, esp. for a semi-formal or informal wedding. For a formal wedding it might need to be dressed up a bit with accessories. It is a little early to be BM dress shopping...but if you really really love it and are sure you won't find something else you like better go for it.

Re: Opinions on this BM dress/!
are people dressing in costumes for hallaween like a mascarade? is that what your looking for? or are you looking to add orange to the dress. are your bridesmaids similar body type of the picture if not it may not be as flattering for a straight dress like that. where are u getting married?

JMO, I think it's too casual, and it's all because of the short sleeve. Short sleeves are hard to wear on an evening gown (that isn't a wedding gown of course) and it doesn't suit everyone. I think you should have your girls try it on...but you have tons of time!

Its a nice dress, but I don't see it as being a BM dress - does that make sense?
Are you planning anything special for Halloween?

I agree with mistyeyed about the sleeves. I just think your BMs would look better in something more FUN. Does that make sense? But then again, it's all about what YOU want!

Re: Opinions on this BM dress/!
how about something like this this seems fun for halloween
i have a great idea find a dress that comes in orange and black alternate girls one where all orange one wears all black. find a wrap with the opposite color like the black dress uses the orange wrap and visa versa. dont have to worry about clashing with a black tux.
I think the dress is nice...but in no way can you get it now...your bms might explode or shrivel up by then...there might be a falling out...or one might get PG...
keep it in your file...but wait until the beginning of 2004 to really get serious

I also agree with most everyone, although it's a great evening dress I'm not sure about it as a bridesmaid dress. I like the 1st dress Corinne posted though. You have plenty of time for bm dresses though. Go look for your dress first
