I have a really big wedding party which includes children. 3 flower girls 2 ring bearers and 2 junior bridesmaids. Is it appropriate for the junior bridesmaids to wear white to match the flower girls or pink to match the bridesmaids dresses.?Family brawl over this so opinions needed!

our jr bm is matching the bm's same color dress and same color sash and FG will wear an ivory dress to match the color of my dress but fg's dress has a chocolate brown sash that will match the bm's color sash.

Most people have the jr bm match the other bms- my jbm is fh's neice & she is really attached to me & wants to wear the same color as me- so she is wearing a smaller version of my dress and we are having a sash made that will match the bm's dress- so she will coordinate nicely

To be frank, i always thought a jr. bm was someone who was too old to be a fg but just didnt have boobs yet...you know what I mean?

I honestly think it depends on their ages.
My Jr Bridesmaid is 14 and wanted to wear the same dress as BM's, so we let her.

My JrBM is matching BM's (same dress, smaller version).
My 3 FG's will be in white w/ color sashes to match the BM's.

Thanks to you all!!! I was starting to second guess myself for a sec. Basically, my FMIL and FSIL wanted their grandkids/kids to match(????)(2 junior bridesmaids and 1 flower girl). I didn't agree and asked them to find a dress that complements the bridesmaids dresses. They then proceeded to buy white dresses because I guess my opinion does not matter? I was not happy especially since nobody checked with me. I asked them to return them and it did not go well. Now I heard from another family member that they are talking about me to everyone saying I'm difficult and a bridezilla. Thanks for the justification everyone!

Through my experince through dealing with my mom and other older women - many are stuck in the 70s and in their old ways. Alot of what my mother says goes is very old fashioned, and I just have to let it go, you kno? She can be sooo difficult at times, but theres nothing i can do. She ultimatley gives in, and as for my shower, i gave into her - so well see .
I had to gently explain that this is whats done now. Sometimes shes all over it because she wants to be cool!
