OpiNIONS PLEASE!!!

My mom finally found a dress, and we both love it,...only thing is, it's the same exact color of my bridesmaid dresses...does that matter? she can order it in a different color, but we just loved it in the burgundy...is there any thing wrong with the mother of the bride wearing the same color as the bridesmaids? we don't know!!

just another thought to add ...

i think if your mom is going to wear the same color, it would probably look nicer if the MOG also wore something at least in that shade.

my MIL had the same shade as our BM dresses. I see no problem with it at all. it coordinated so well.

normally the mother of the bride wears the same color as long as it isnt a crazy color. Congratulations!

I don't think there is anything wrong with her wearing the same color.. I just think that she will stand out as MOB if she is in a complementary color... another jewel tone, or a champagne. JMO.
