I have beautiful wrapping paper to wrap my favors in. I don't want to spend a lot of money on personalized ribbon, so I thought that maybe I could use regular inexpensive ribbon and then put an Envelope Seal on the box (they are small boxes).
Which idea is better? Do you think I need to put our Names& Date? Or do you think a simple Thank You sticker will do? I'd appreciate the feedback. Either way, once these boxes are opened, the seal will be thrown away. The Thank You's are ALOT cheaper to do, BUT...I want these to look nice.
A) They ARE cheaper B) Since it's a seal its not like it can be saved after used C) Because it can't be saved it maybe tossed and so why bother?
These of course are only MY reasons... I'm sure others have very valid reason why you should make it more personalized.. all very good reasons... but Im paying for my wedding from first to last dollar. My guest should be so lucky that I'm even bothering with nice favors!!!
I think just the Thank you is fine. But, if you want it personalized can you make them? Would that be any cheaper? I haven't looked into it yet, so this is just a thought.

Re: Oppinions on Favors-presentation
Actually, maybe it would be cheapest to make them. That way I could put a little message on the sticker. I'll have to look into it. Sometimes its just cheaper to buy them after all you have to buy to make them. Who knows! Worth looking into though. Thanks!

Have you thought about making personalized gift tags to attach to the ribbon?

I like the metallic Thank You sticker.
The downfall of making them yourself is that you don't get the nice metallic look, or the embossment. Although you could put a nice graphic with a personalized thank you if you make them yourself. But either way, I like the idea, I think it is unecessary to get personalized ribbon, because that just gets tossed anyways. Good Luck!
