is anyone else's tv or internet cutting in and out?
every 5 seconds myy tv blanks out then comes back on , and I keep getting kicked of the internet!

I had this problem a coupld of weeks ago. Certain channels would go out for hours or days at a time. I had optimum come out and it turns out the cable wires weren't secured enough so anytime the wind blew it affected channels. Def have optimum come out sometime this week to secure your wires. If the wires are secure no weather should affect the service (that is what they told me) HTH!
