****** or Patken for Photography?

Although I have been a seriel lurker on this site for the last couple of months-- this is my first actual post!! I have officially broken the seal




I am trying to decide between Patken and ****** for our wedding pics. They are both offering us similar prices for similar packages.

I havent heard a bad think about Patken but have heard that their pictures are standard in the sense that they take the same pictures for everyones wedding (no offense to anyone using patken, as I have seen their pics and love them!).
I have heard great things about ****** and have been told that they are consdiered 'high end' -- The FH loved their work as well, however, I have also read reviews where people were un happy with their customer service.
Problem is there are no recent reviews, so I am hopeing someone can shed some light!
