Ordaining a relative for your ceremony!

I am getting married in the fall of 06 and my whole immediate family is involved in the ceremony part of the wedding itself except for my brother. So I thought it would be a great idea (since he is religious) to have him marry me and my fiance. My only problem is that how do I go about doing that. I have seen websites for ordaining people that are free and legal but are there any other legalities for this on long island that he has to follow. My fiance went to town hall today to ask them the same question and they were such a big help!!!! . If anyone has any information on this subject please let me know. Thank you. Happy planning to all!
