I don't think there is a REAL 'right' or 'wrong' answer. Just tradition. If you have a flowergirl, the MOH traditionally goes before her, then you follow the flowergirl.

Yes, the flower girl puts the flowers out for the bride to step on. Not anyone else.

I don't think it matter but at all the weddings I've been to the MOH goes last unless their is a flower girl who goes right before the bride.
